Delivery info
All products are shipped all around Greece via Courier. Usually it takes 1-3 working days to deliver. All items are shipped on the next working day, upon receiving payment.
Shipping fee is 4 € for deliveries Greece, except inaccessible areas and Cyprus.
For orders over 70 €, shipping is free of charge for deliveries in Greece, except inaccessible areas and Cyprus.
For delivery in Cyprus you can use only Account Deposit or Debit-Credit Card as payment methods and shipping fees are calculated when you complete your order.
Cancellations
In case you want to cancel your order, you have to inform us until 10:00 pm via email to info@microwonders, on the next day of your order placement, in order to get full refund. Cancellations that are made after 10:00 pm, on the next day of your order placement, will not get refunded, but you can replace the items. Cancellations can not be applied on “Cash on Delivery” orders and orders that have already been dispatched.
Returns
In case you want to make a return of a non faulty product, it can be done within 5 days of delivery date and if the package is not open. The swap will be done with a product of the same or higher price. No money refunds will take place. The shipping fees of the return and delivery are fully borne by the consumer.
In case of any damage or a faulty product, that is upon manufacturer or carrier or misuse of the product, returns might take place ONLY after contacting Microwonders. The shipping fees of the return and delivery might be borne by the consumer if the damage is upon misuse. Please contact us before shipping any product.
